A collective house in a tropical destination is imagined as a living system rather than a fixed structure—open to the climate, shaped by community, and constantly evolving. Built with local materials and organized around shared spaces, it blurs the boundaries between private and communal life. Shade, airflow, and vegetation become architectural elements, while daily routines are collectively negotiated, turning the house into both shelter and social experiment.
IA is introduced as an experimental layer within this project.
