Lumena and Lumena Alta, developed by Omniyat and designed by GAD Architects, form a bold statement within Dubai’s evolving skyline. Rising 47 storeys above
the city, the project combines a striking architectural identity with panoramic views over Downtown Dubai and the Arabian Gulf.

The image presented here is from early explorations that informed the final direction, offering insight into a process where experimentation played a key role.
Lumena became an opportunity to test how far a restrained visual language can elevate a confident architectural concept, allowing the design to assert itself with precision and intent.
