Created for AGi Architects as part of their winning proposal for the redevelopment of Souq Sharq in Kuwait City, this animation communicates a vision for transforming one of the city’s most recognizable waterfront destinations into a renewed urban landmark. The project balances preservation and reinvention, treating the existing structures as cultural anchors while introducing new layers of public space, movement, and architectural intervention.

Our film was developed to convey this dialogue between memory and transformation through atmosphere, pacing, and narrative flow. Blending seamlessly with real-world references while relying primarily on CG animation, the piece focuses on immersing the viewer in the future character of the district and the evolving experience of the waterfront.
