Brick Visual

Lumena and Lumena Alta, developed by Omniyat and designed by GAD Architects, form a bold statement within Dubai’s evolving skyline. Rising 47 storeys above
the city, the project combines a striking architectural identity with panoramic views over Downtown Dubai and the Arabian Gulf.

To communicate this presence, we created a cinematic animation alongside a series of visual studies exploring composition, light, and atmosphere. Rather than relying
purely on spectacle, our approach focused on clarity and control, using mood and framing to emphasize the towers’ sculptural qualities and urban context.

Since entering our Lumena animation last year, its sister tower Lumena Alta has become a fresh opportunity for us to test how far a restrained visual language can elevate a confident architectural concept, allowing the design to assert itself with precision and intent.
