Casa Siera, Coral Gables, FL

A residence that coexists effortlessly with its surroundings where stone, wood, and water come together in quiet balance. The architecture unfolds gently, allowing nature to move through it, softening boundaries and creating a sense of stillness that belongs to the landscape itself.

At Metrica Visuals our approach to Casa Siera was rooted in the idea of photographic realism. From the beginning, the objective was not simply to create polished architectural imagery, but to capture the emotional stillness and atmosphere embedded within the design itself. Every image and animation frame was developed with a photography-first mindset, focusing on composition, light, and mood

The narrative moves fluidly between interior and exterior moments, highlighting the relationship between built form and vegetation. Water reflections, filtered daylight, and tactile surfaces were used to reinforce the sense of tranquility that defines Casa Siera. Each frame was designed to feel less like a digital rendering and more like a captured architectural photograph — quiet, intentional, and immersive.

Technically, the project was developed using 3dsmax and corona , with a workflow optimized for both speed and precision. Davinci Resolve was used to composite and grade the final scenes; the final result manages to showcase the project as a calm retreat from the busy life and gives a sense of peace and stillness that the architects and developers were aiming for.
