KLAY is a delivery platform built by Kunkun Visual to bring our archviz
work to clients across every screen. It connects the artist's output to
the architect, developer, and end-buyer through versioned review, role-
aware access, and live audience analytics. A single dashboard for every
project we ship.

Cataluna Interactive is one of the interactive solutions delivered
through KLAY: a real-time Unreal Engine 5 experience for an upcoming
residential tower in Makassar. The application offers five distinct
modes, each tuned to a different audience and decision:

— Cinematic — opening cutscene and welcome flow that establishes the
  project.
— Aerial — surrounding view, floor-level viewer, and time-of-day mood
  switcher.
— Curated Browsing — Gallery, Magazine, and Dollhouse views for guided
  overview.
— Walkthrough — first-person exploration of facilities and interiors
  with live mood switching.
— Designer — real-time furniture and material swapping inside any unit.

Across every mode, two values stay constant: outstanding visual quality
and a smooth, intuitive user experience.
