Notes
Colette is a boutique residential development in South Brickell, Miami. Designed as a low-rise, limited-edition building with only 38 residences, the project was developed by Meta Development as a discreet, design-driven alternative to the scale and spectacle that define much of Miami’s residential market.
Sarah Cole is a fictional character created by Elephant Skin to embody the campaign and serve as a consistent narrative anchor across all communications. The character was conceived based on the persona study developed within the go-to-market playbook, ensuring that every appearance, gesture, and context reflected a clearly defined buyer profile.
This approach enabled precise control over tone, behavior, and emotional resonance transforming the campaign from a collection of assets into a cohesive narrative system, consistent, intentional, and instantly recognizable across every touchpoint.
