TEMPO is a luxury residential development located in Praia Brava, Santa Catarina, Brazil, designed by Foster + Partners and developed by Muze.

More than a place, TEMPO is a perception.It proposes a new understanding of luxury, not defined by excess, but by the experience of time itself.

Elephant Skin partnered with MUZE as an integrated go-to-market and storytelling advisor, translating the project’s ambition into a clear commercial narrative and execution strategy. The work was structured around a central concept—time as a valuable asset—guiding positioning, messaging, and experience design.

Elephant Skin develops visual and experiential assets as commercial tools, designed to support decision-making rather than serve as standalone marketing materials.

This work includes high-performance renderings, films and motion assets, interactive and immersive experiences, and environments integrated directly into the sales process. All content is structured to clarify the product, reinforce value, and align with the broader go-to-market strategy.
