Revitalization of Schmieder & Sohn factory located in absolute center of ?ód?. Factory was build in 1878 and used as a weaving mill till 1945. Then, after 1945 as a service station and scout supplies depot 'Czuj-Czyn'. Factory have been abandoned about 10 years ago. This place is one of many examples of ineptness and incompetence of local authorities. City just left places like that to fall apart.
This concept is a fashion atelier for local creators including restaurant on the ground floor and creators butiques in sawtooth-roof building.
