Project represent challenges for designing contemporary concepts of intergenerational living and integration. The bulding proposes a conceptual solution for the design of a contemporary housing development in Maribor. Beside different types of apartments, assisted living apartments and senior communities, it offers places for service activities, a restaurant, café and recreational program.
