The client and architectural designer mentioned that he was thinking about the new series of H.R. Tolkien's Hobbit films when he conceived his design for a fire station in Central Wisconsin, USA. The rendering was prepared to visually & stylistically reinforce that idiom.

The proposed Project design is The Village of Mount Horeb, a community that revels in its deep historical Scandinavian heritage that's characteristic of the architecture of The Hobbit, and typically wants its architecture to reinforce the local traditional culture.
